Chefs for Chefs are recruiting a hands-on Sous Chef for an independent, food-led pub and country inn in East Devon. The role reports to the Head Chef and owners, with involvement in menu development and seasonal specials.
Offer includes a base salary of £34,000–£38,000 depending on experience, Sunday evenings off, free parking and meals on duty, plus the opportunity to influence the food offering within a supportive, hands-on team.
