Benefits of the Car Sales Executive:- Competitive basic salary of £25,000
- Achievable OTE of up to £55,000
- Uncapped earning potential for high performers
- Standard hours Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 18:00, including a one-hour lunch break
- One set day off during the week to promote work-life balance
- Saturday work from 08:30 to 17:00
- Sunday rota from 10:00 to 16:00
- Professional and friendly team focused on customer satisfaction
- Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and provide expert advice
- Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits to customers
- Handle sales negotiations and complete all relevant documentation efficiently
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as aCar Sales Executive
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and industry awareness
- Deliver excellent after-sales support to foster customer loyalty
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive within the motor trade or automotive retail preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Motivated with a target-driven approach
- Customer-focused with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Full UK driving licence
