Benefits of the Car Sales Executive:
Competitive basic salary of £25,000
Achievable OTE of up to £55,000
Uncapped earning potential for high performers
Standard hours Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 18:00, including a one-hour lunch break
One set day off during the week to promote work-life balance
Saturday work from 08:30 to 17:00
Sunday rota from 10:00 to 16:00

Duties of the Car Sales Executive:
Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and provide expert advice
Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits to customers
Handle sales negotiations and complete all relevant documentation efficiently
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as a Car Sales Executive
Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and industry awareness
Deliver excellent after-sales support to foster customer loyalty
Requirements of the Car Sales Executive:
Proven experience as a Sales Executive within the motor trade or automotive retail preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Motivated with a target-driven approach
Customer-focused with the ability to build rapport quickly
Full UK driving licence
