Salary: 37,000 - 39,000 (perm salary)
Type: temp - perm role

We are currently seeking an experienced electricial tester to join our team, working across social housing properties. This role involves carrying out electrical testing, inspections, and remedial works in occupied and void properties, ensuring full compliance with current regulations.

• Carrying out EICRs and electrical testing in social housing properties

• Identifying faults and completing or recommending remedial works

• Ensuring all work meets current health & safety and regulatory standards

• Completing accurate certification and reports

• Providing a professional and respectful service to tenants and clients

• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671)

• City & Guilds 2391 (Inspection & Testing)

• Full UK Driving Licence

• Proven experience working within social housing

• Strong knowledge of electrical testing and compliance

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Experience working in occupied properties

• Familiarity with social housing compliance standards
