A role built around consistency and local workingEarly shifts focused on morning routines, helping people start their day safely and comfortably. Regular rounds mean you're not constantly travelling between unfamiliar areas - most days stay within the same local community, covering the Mid & East Devon area.

- Fixed 37.5 hours per week (no zero-hours contracts)
- Local routes with minimal travel between visits
- Regular customers - building real, familiar relationships
- Structured bi‑weekly rota with alternate weekends (1 on, 1 off)
- £26,000 per year (pro rata)
- 37.5 hours per week on a fixed rota
- Shifts:
07:00 - 14:30 only - 28 days holiday (including bank holidays)
