Tax Operations Lead

TAX MANAGER Established, profitable regional CPA firm seeks a Tax Manager for their team. The role offers work-life balance, generous benefits, potential bonuses, and career growth. The Manager will oversee tax return preparation, make decisions on tax matters, and may work remotely from Hawaii.

Responsibilities:

Review and approve tax returns, handle tax examinations, and oversee tax preparers.

Manage complex tax matters, advise clients, and ensure timely assignment completion.

Delegate tax research projects, supervise tax staff, and provide training.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Develop and train Tax Department staff, participate in reviews and evaluations.

Qualifications:

5-7 years' public accounting experience, expertise in tax preparation and supervision.
