Overview
Base pay range: $25.00/hr - $26.00/hr
Duration: 24 Month contract

Role SummaryRole Summary
The Scheduling Coordinator II plays a key role in managing and supporting daily scheduling operations. This individual contributor position ensures that all scheduling activities are handled efficiently and accurately, in compliance with internal policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and manage day-to-day scheduling operations to ensure all activities are completed on time and accurately.
- Coordinate and schedule various operational tasks, meetings, or assignments across teams and departments.
- Manage related logistics, including accommodations, resources, or materials as needed.
- Organize and prioritize schedules to maximize efficiency and operational effectiveness.
- Maintain and update scheduling systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with department standards.
- Provide input to improve and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for scheduling processes.
- Support process improvements and bring forward innovative ideas that enhance departmental efficiency and performance.
- Perform additional administrative or scheduling duties as assigned.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a scheduling, coordination, or administrative operations role (e.g., staffing coordinator, operations scheduler, project scheduler).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and listening).
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work a rotational schedule
, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. - High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
- Experience in aviation, operations, or other scheduling-intensive environments is a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with scheduling systems or coordination tools.
