The ideal candidate will be comfortable navigating between front‑office administrative tasks and back‑office claims functions, ensuring smooth workflow, timely communication, and accurate claims support.

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• 1+ year of experience in claims handling, insurance, or related field preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with accuracy
