Responsibilities- Provides direct administrative support to the division, including maintaining filing systems, creating and maintaining reports, photocopying and routing correspondence, scheduling appointments, coordinating travel arrangements and cost reimbursements, handling confidential correspondence and information.
- Researches, compiles, and organizes data to facilitate decision-making, prepares presentations and related materials, and develops and distributes reports.
- Coordinates the division’s information technology requests, including telephone and computer resources.
- Performs special assignments as requested and provides back‑up relief when necessary.
- Participates in company emergency response activities as assigned.
- Knowledge of general office procedures and methods.
- Working knowledge of general business practices.
- Working knowledge of personal computers and related software applications (spreadsheets, word processing, presentations).
- Knowledge of legislative, operational, financial, and regulatory processes helpful.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Ability to prepare effective presentations and reports using office equipment and PCs.
- Ability to remain flexible and adapt to rapidly changing priorities.
- Ability to handle confidential matters discreetly and professionally.
- Several years (3‑5) of general office/administrative experience utilizing PC‑based programs.
Base salary range: $53,400.00 to $66,800.00.
