Job Location: Downtown Honolulu
Compensation: $ OPEN
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, designers, architects, and developers.
- Promote a curated selection of furnishings, lighting, and interior design products.
- Identify business opportunities through networking, outreach, and client visits.
- Present product solutions that align with client needs, project goals, and budgets.
- Manage project cycles from proposal to installation, coordinating with internal teams on logistics, procurement, and timelines.
- Conduct product presentations and attend industry events to represent the company’s brand and offerings.
- Achieve sales goals through proactive client engagement and pipeline management.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within interior design, architecture, construction, or related industries.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to understand design concepts and translate them into client solutions.
- Self-motivated, professional, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
