As our Preschool Cook, you are part of the care team. The meals you prepare help fuel learning, growth, and healthy habits for young children during some of their most important developmental years.

• Preparing and serving meals and snacks for preschool‑aged children
• Following nutrition guidelines, menus, and food safety standards
• Keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and inspection‑ready
• Working independently and managing your time with confidence
• Supporting a warm, respectful environment for keiki and staff

• Kind, patient, and dependable
• Comfortable cooking in larger quantities
• Experience in any kitchen or group‑cooking setting
• Looking for meaningful work with stability
• Values routine, purpose, and community
• No restaurant credentials required—care, consistency, and competence are essential

• Part‑time, Monday‑Friday, 8am‑1pm (non‑traditional hours)
• Early mornings, weekday schedule, afternoons free for family or personal time
• Locations:
  Alewa Heights Preschool, Honolulu Preschool (both on Oahu)
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and reside in Hawaii (or have plans to relocate)

• Competitive pay: $20‑$25 per hour
