Mechanical Monitor
A multi-disciplinary architectural, engineering, and construction firm is seeking a Mechanical Monitor to provide diligent observation and construction monitoring services, as well as cost-saving mechanical solutions for their clients in Oahu.
Your Day Includes- 1-3 years of inspection or construction experience for the Construction Monitor role; approximately 10 years of technical experience working with complex mechanical projects.
- Experience in multi-family residential, institutional, and commercial construction projects, with familiarity in roofing, waterproofing, stucco, siding, windows, sealants, and other building envelope areas.
