Solar Superintendent

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Superintendent to join our team. This role is crucial for overseeing subcontractors and ensuring that all project scopes are completed on time. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in solar projects, particularly on commercial installations such as PV systems, chargers, and BESS.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage and oversee subcontractors to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.

• Maintain a strong presence on the ground to supervise construction activities.

• Ensure all work scopes are completed within set deadlines.

• Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations, including OSHA standards.

• Manage site development and construction planning effectively.

Essential Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in solar projects, with a focus on Commercial solar operations.

• Proficiency in construction management and planning.

• Experience with commercial solar installations, including PV systems, chargers, and BESS.

• Subcontractor management and electrical expertise.

• Familiarity with Procore and other construction management software.

Additional

Skills & Qualifications

• OSHA 30 certification.

• Experience in quality inspection and safety management.

• Background in solar management.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Honolulu, HI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr.
