Hawaii - Coordinator, Nippon Rent--Car

Pay Range: $17.00 - $22.50 per hour.

Provide customer service for rent-a-car reservations and walk-ins. Inform customers of the rental policy and answer any questions regarding the services.

• 30% Handle customer inquiries such as availability and cost of vehicles.
• 30% Process and complete rental, sale of rent-a-car and optional products.
• 30% Resolve and report any concerns and issues, as well as assist with emergency situations.
• 10% Basic revenue tracking and marketing data processing for daily report.

• Attend meetings, training classes, as needed.
• Perform any other multi‑task duties within company as assigned by General Manager.

• High school graduate.
• At least one year of customer service experience.
• Ability to speak, write, and read in English and Japanese.
• Basic computer knowledge (application programs, e‑mail, and standard office equipment).
• Valid Hawaii driver’s license with clean abstract.

• Normal business hours: 7:00 am – 6:30 pm, Sunday – Saturday, including holidays.
• Up to 40 hours per week (full‑time) or up to 20 hours per week (part‑time); flexible schedule; may be required to work split shifts at same or different locations.
