As a Customer Return Representative, you will help customers return their rental cars. Meeting and greeting customers, securing keys, recording mileage, gas levels, and damage to the cars, and checking the cars into the computer system while providing excellent customer service.

• Help customers return their rental cars.

• Record mileage, gas levels, and any damage to the cars.
• Check the cars into the system while providing excellent customer service.

• Bi-weekly hourly wage (New York and Puerto Rico: weekly wage)

• Valid Driver’s License
• Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
• Effective verbal communication skills
• Willingness to work outdoors
• Flexibility to work all shifts
• Must be able to stand, walk, or move throughout rental lot, enter/exit vehicles for prolonged periods, and drive a variety of vehicles
• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
• This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely
• 6 months retail customer service experience is a bonus!
