* Handle inbound calls and resolve customer questions promptly and professionally

* Support branch operations and collaborate with team members to meet goals

* Proficiency with computers and office software

* Previous experience in customer service, call center, or administrative roles preferred

* Pay and Benefits
* The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
