First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking a highly engaging, customer‑focused, goals‑driven Customer Service Representative I to join our Main Branch in Oahu. In this role, you will provide quality customer service to bank customers both inside and outside the branch, promoting the Bank's products and services, informing customers of benefits and features, and acting as an initial contact for referral to personal bankers and specialized areas such as consumer and commercial loans and credit cards.
You will always project a professional image and appearance as a representative of the Bank.
The hourly pay range for this role is $19.00 – $22.50 per hour, commensurate with experience; plus sales incentives.
Work ScheduleMonday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM;
Saturday (rotational basis): 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM (hours may vary).
- Associate's degree in business or equivalent work skills required. Upon acceptance, mandatory completion of FHB CSR School.
- Minimum of 2 years as a commercial savings teller in a financial institution (or equivalent retail sales experience).
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills required to perform sales presentations to individuals and groups.
- Ability to use judgment and discretion regarding customer transactions and confidential information.
- Typing speed of 35 wpm required.
- PC skills in word processing required.
