We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Client Experience Consultant – Travel Services to join our growing team. In this role, you will support clients by helping them research, plan, and book well-organized travel experiences ranging from short getaways to extended international trips. This position offers flexibility while allowing you to deliver high-quality service to clients worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:Consult with clients to understand preferences, schedules, and budgets
Research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities
Create and present customized itineraries tailored to individual needs
Coordinate bookings for flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and ground transportation
Maintain accurate client records and booking documentation
Provide professional support before, during, and after each trip
Stay informed on destination updates, travel requirements, and industry trends
Qualifications:Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent organization, attention to detail, and time management
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client requests
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or travel is helpful but not required
Comfortable using computer systems and learning booking platforms
