Staffing Solutions of Hawaii is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

Answer member inquiries about benefits, eligibility, enrollment, claims, billing, and pensions.

Work in a fast-paced phone and computer environment, juggling multiple tasks with accuracy.

Research and explain information from computer systems and legal plan documents.

Handle challenging service situations calmly and professionally.

Learn industry systems including Trust Partner, Quick Claims, and ADP (full training provided).

Position Requirements:

Typing speed of at least 45 WPM.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Strong written and verbal communication with proper grammar, punctuation, and spelling.

Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities.

Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 10 lbs.
