Staffing Solutions of Hawaii is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description- Answer member inquiries about benefits, eligibility, enrollment, claims, billing, and pensions.
- Work in a fast-paced phone and computer environment, juggling multiple tasks with accuracy.
- Research and explain information from computer systems and legal plan documents.
- Handle challenging service situations calmly and professionally.
- Learn industry systems including Trust Partner, Quick Claims, and ADP (full training provided).
- Typing speed of at least 45 WPM.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication with proper grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 10 lbs.
