Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Service Consultant to act as the primary point of communication for internal and external customers. In this role, you will collaborate within a fast-paced environment alongside team members who are deeply passionate about providing exceptional service, offering strong pathways for career advancement.

Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact and first line of communication for internal and external customers.

Deliver exceptional, professional, and timely customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Collaborate effectively with team members to address inquiries and resolve customer needs.

Essential Skills Must have 1 to 2 years of customer service experience or comparable experience in a retail, sales, or financial environment.

Demonstrated customer service orientation with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Additional

Skills and Qualifications Prior experience working in a call center environment is desirable.

Demonstrated comfort, confidence, and proficiency working with computers and navigating the internet is highly desirable.

Work Environment This role is situated on-site at the KIC facility in a collaborative, dynamic, and fast-paced operational setting.

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Honolulu, HI.Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
