Customer Service Representative to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

Answer member questions about benefits, eligibility, enrollment, claims, billing, and pensions.

Work in a fast-paced phone and computer environment, handling several tasks accurately.

Research information in computer systems and legal plan documents, and explain it clearly to members.

Stay calm and professional in challenging service situations.

Learn Trust Partner, Quick Claims, and ADP. Full training is provided.

Position Requirements:

At least 2 years of customer service experience.

A typing speed of 45 WPM or higher.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Strong written and verbal communication, with good grammar, punctuation, and spelling.

Strong organization, attention to detail, and flexibility when priorities change.

The ability to lift, push, and pull up to 10 lbs.

Preferred:

Experience in health insurance.
