Architect - Honolulu

Lowney Architecture is looking for a Licensed Architect to lead technical delivery and coordination across multiple project types. This role offers autonomy, leadership responsibility, and the opportunity to mentor staff while contributing to high‑quality, impactful design work. The position is based in Honolulu.

• Lead entitlement, design development, and construction documentation
• Coordinate consultants and oversee technical integration
• Manage construction administration and quality control
• Mentor Job Captains and junior designers
• Participate in client and agency meetings

• Active architectural license
• 5+ years of professional experience in an architectural firm
• Advanced Revit skills
• Strong knowledge of codes, detailing, and construction delivery
