As a Gastroenterologist, you will play a vital role in diagnosing and treating a wide range of gastrointestinal disorders while collaborating with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals. • Conduct thorough patient evaluations and assessments
• Diagnose and treat gastrointestinal and liver-related conditions
• Perform endoscopic procedures and other diagnostic tests
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to create comprehensive treatment plans
• Educate patients on health management and preventive care
• Stay current with advancements in gastroenterology and hepatology
• Participate in continuing education and training programs
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Completion of residency in Internal Medicine
• Fellowship training in Gastroenterology and Hepatology
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Basic understanding of electronic medical record systems
• Active medical license to practice in the state of Hawaii

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8a-5p

Call shifts available

New service line

No actual transplant program, so will be doing clinic work

Endos are a bonus

Support Staff: 9 GIs, 1 NP, 1 PA
