The Hawaii Permanente Medical Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician to join its Continuing Care Department at Kaiser Permanente Moanalua Medical Center, a tertiary care center located 5 miles from downtown Honolulu.
Position Highlights
- Exceptional opportunity for an experienced physician to care for patients in a variety of settings - post-acute, hospice and palliative care
- Multi-disciplinary approach in care delivery with high degree of collaboration
- Flexible schedule

- BC/BE in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Board certified or clinical experience in Hospice and Palliative Care preferred
- 5 years of experience preferred

- Hourly Rate of up to $145 for Clinic Services
