Who We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking enthusiastic, reliable team players with experience working with children who are excited to be part of a collaborative, mission-driven team.

This role is ideal if you:

Have experience working with kids and genuinely enjoy being around them

Preferably have 1–5 years of experience in a classroom, daycare, camp, or teaching setting

Want to build a long-term career in early education or enrichment

Are comfortable leading fitness-based or creative activities (we provide training)

Are dependable, organized, and comfortable interacting with both children and parents

Are open to helping with events, birthday parties, and seasonal programs

Enjoy keeping a clean, safe, and upbeat environment for learning and fun

Our Programs Include:

Grown-Up & Me Classes

Big Kid Fitness & Ninja Classes

Studio Art & Creative Workshops

Japanese Language & Cultural Activities

Gymnastics & Movement-Based Learning

Birthday Parties & Parent’s Night Out Events

Position Details:

Part-Time to Start: 15–20 hours/week (Includes at least one weekend shift)

Potential to move into full-time hours after training and performance review

Weekly Staff Training:
Thursdays, 12:30 PM – 4:00 PM

CPR Certification required (or willingness to obtain – bonus offered!)

Tech familiarity a plus:
Microsoft Office, Canva, basic computer skills

Compensation & Perks:

Starting Wage: $15–$17/hr during initial 2-week probation/training period (Starting pay may vary based on experience. Most trained team members earn $14–$20/hr depending on role and performance.)
