As our Programmatic Retail Account Lead, you will take charge of spearheading successful Programmatic campaigns in our retail sector. You will lead and mentor a dedicated team of Account Managers and Coordinators, ensuring the highest standards of media buying sophistication and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate closely with client service teams to deliver first‑class recommendations and programmatic leadership.
- Build and sustain strong client relationships to foster trust and effective communication.
- Exhibit problem‑solving skills and a strategic mindset to overcome challenges.
- Demonstrate self‑motivation and the ability to work independently, as well as within a team.
- Drive programmatic strategy forward and enhance client performance metrics.
- Offer strategic guidance and constructive feedback to your team members.
- Lead, mentor, and manage your team to achieve their fullest potential.

- Encourage innovation and challenge conventional practices.
- At least 5 years of experience in Programmatic media, especially within CTV/Display/Video, with some exposure to Native/Audio/OOH.
- Expertise in programmatic trading within retail marketplaces such as Walmart, Target, and Best Buy.
- Proficient in various DSPs, particularly The Trade Desk and DV360, along with Ad Servers.
- Demonstrated success in managing and mentoring a team, preparing them for advanced roles.
- Exceptional problem‑solving, strategic thinking, and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in creating engaging presentations.
- Extensive knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ad Manager, and other ad technologies.
- Experience in data analysis and visualization tools like Data Studio or Tableau.
- A successful history of contributing to sales pitches and audits.
The expected salary range for this position is $100,000 - $118,000, based on experience, skills, location, and potential impact.
