YMCA of Honolulu is seeking Teen Leaders to mentor middle and high school youths after school, supervising participants and helping plan engaging activities. The role focuses on building relationships and creating a welcoming space where teens feel seen, supported, and motivated.
Teen Leaders assist in planning and leading activities such as physical education, college and career exploration, and academic support, reporting to the Teen Coordinator.
