We invite you to join our talent community for Technician and Field Service positions within AES Operations and Maintenance.

At AES, power is generated from a variety of energy sources, including renewables, gas, and coal power plants in multiple locations. As a member of the Technician and Field Services teams, you will operate and maintain power plants, including repairs, troubleshooting, and improvements to power systems and equipment. These teams monitor and maintain the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of power generation.

We encourage technical and skilled workers of all levels and interest areas to apply. AES will consider you for open positions within O&M, including but not limited to:

• Wind Turbine Technicians
• Solar Technicians
• BESS Technicians
• Control Room Operators
• Site Managers
• Field Service Engineers
• Team Leaders

These are full-time, permanent positions requiring on-site work. AES Technicians are expected to have a GED or High School Diploma and a valid US driver’s license. For O&M management and leadership roles, candidates with experience leading diverse technical teams and a strong emphasis on safety standards are preferred.
