What you will be doingReviews and analyzes contract management records to provide technical advice and project control guidance.
- Assists with cost controls reporting and reconciliation for one District or Mega Project, providing reports to the Project Controls Director for Division-level summaries.
- Supports the scheduling process for District or Mega Projects, including bid phase, project schedule creation, monthly reporting, and schedule updates.
- Aids in the integration of company systems to track, monitor, and control costs or schedules, ensuring accurate training and utilization of approved systems for project document control and reporting.
- Conducts regular project reviews and monitors job cost reports against key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Coordinates with the Division Claims/Contract Manager to track and monitor change order and most manage for SST + ...
