Job Summary

We are seeking a Structural Engineer (
Bridge Design Engineer
) to join our team. Work will include bridge and freeway structure design and inspection.

• Supervision of junior engineers
• Go out into the field as needed to observe construction and ensure drawings are followed appropriately
• Manage subconsultants for projects in the Pacific and the State of Hawaii
• Maintain excellent records on progress and projects handled

• Bachelors or higher in Civil or Structural Engineering, with two to five years of structural design experience in bridge design and/or other infrastructure design
• Must hold current Hawaii Structural license or be willing to obtain
• Must have a working knowledge of AASHTO LRFD design guide
• Must have a working knowledge of CSIBridge, SAP, RISA, and AutoCAD at a minimum
• Must be willing to work on all types of infrastructure design projects
• The ability to work well both independently and within a team
