Are you ready to design what’s next in wireless connectivity? We’re looking for a hands‑on RF/Microwave Engineer to join our growing team and help develop the next generation of high‑performance communications systems.
You’ll work on everything from antennas and amplifiers to filters, couplers, and transceivers—supporting microwave, DAS, LMR, and PTP/PMP applications. Every day, you’ll get to collaborate with talented engineers, solve complex RF challenges, and see your designs come to life in the field.

What You’ll Do- Design and test high‑frequency RF and microwave systems
- Collaborate across teams to integrate RF subsystems into full network solutions
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and innovate new approaches to performance and efficiency
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field)
- 3+ years of RF/microwave design and testing experience
- Strong knowledge of propagation, impedance matching, and RF measurement tools
Bonus points if you’ve worked with LTE/5G, Wi‑Fi, microwave, or DAS systems—or with hardware from Nokia, Motorola, Cambium, or Commscope.
