ResponsibilitiesAs a Joint Maritime Integrator you’ll lead strategic and technical initiatives to solve complex defense problems and keep our nation safe. You’ll coordinate pre‑exercise maritime planning, facilitate integration of surface and subsurface forces, and capture lessons learned to improve joint interoperability. You’ll identify and request maritime capabilities to support exercise objectives, integrate maritime assets into joint live, virtual, and constructive exercise layers, and develop environmental planning and permitting documents to mitigate the impact of military training on civilian maritime activities and marine wildlife.
Qualifications- 5+ years of experience as a field grade in Joint operations
- 5+ years of experience working in the maritime field
- Experience with operational planning in the joint interagency environment
- Ability to play a lead role in coordinating with department and mission partners to ensure resolution of tasks and activities
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- Completion of Level 4 qualified Professional Military Education
- Experience in Joint integration
- Experience assessing environmental impact
- Experience in the Indo‑Pacific theater
- Knowledge of Army Multi‑Domain Operations (MDO) and Joint all Domain Operations
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Graduate of Joint Advanced Warfighting School (JAWS)
Secret clearance is required. Applicants selected will be subject to a security and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
CompensationSalary is $86,900.00 to $ annually, commensurate with experience, education, and operational requirements. This posting will close within 90 days from the posting date.
