Radio Frequency Design Engineer

* What You'll Do
* * Design and simulate RF systems using industry-standard tools.

* Develop and execute test procedures to evaluate system performance.

* Troubleshoot and optimize RF systems in both lab and field environments.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RF solutions into larger network architectures.

* Document findings and produce detailed reports on design and testing results.

* Stay ahead of emerging RF technologies and propose innovative solutions.

* What We're Looking For

* Education:

* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with RF/Microwave concentration.

* Experience:

* Minimum 3 years in RF/microwave system design and testing.

Skills:

* Proficiency with RF design tools (EDX, Pathloss), RF measurement equipment (spectrum/network analyzers), and understanding of impedance matching, link budgets, and modulation schemes.

* Soft Skills:

* Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities, excellent communication, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

* Bonus Points:

* Experience with LTE/5G, WiFi, microwave/mmWave, satellite, or defense applications; knowledge of FCC/NTIA compliance; familiarity with leading manufacturers like Nokia, Motorola, Cambium, Siklu, and Commscope.
