CUSTOMER AMBASSADOR (FULL TIME)

Location: Delta HNL - 300 Rodgers Blvd., Honolulu, HI 96819. (Online applications accepted only.)

Schedule: Full‑time. Open availability preferred; weekends required. Additional details discussed during interview.

Pay: $19.00 per hour, paid weekly.
Parking available.

Job Summary: Drives a hospitality environment by greeting guests, offering samples, managing guest-facing marketing and wellness programs.

• Greets every customer and interacts to ensure a high level of hospitality.
• Welcomes all team members and ensures they have what they need each day.
• Relays relevant concerns from customers to supervisors.
• Ensures that all marketing, wellness, and culinary programs are current and in place.
• Leads weekly promotions and programs for guests.
• Shares best practices and recognizes co‑workers.
• Demonstrates a complete understanding of daily menu items and accurately explains them to customers.
• Uses selling techniques to assist customers in the buying/decision‑making process.
• Manages display foods, ensuring merchandise per standards and serving food neatly.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
