Sr. Operations Specialist​/Officer; Commercial Real Estate

First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking an experienced Sr. Operations Specialist/Officer to join our Commercial Real Estate Team.

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (hours may vary)

The annual salary range for this role is $47,500 – $80,000/annually; commensurate with experience. The level and pay for this role is at the discretion of the Manager and will be discussed at the time of the offer.

• Associate's degree in business or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 5 years experience in Commercial Banking operations and support with a strong focus on loan operations, particularly commercial real estate and construction lending
• 2 years of commercial loan documentation experience
• Working knowledge of basic compliance rules and regulations, basic mortgage documents, intermediate loan agreements, lien laws, legal terminology, escrow, certificates of insurance, contracts, and basic accounting
• Sound knowledge of the bank's CIP, BSA, and AML policies and procedures
• State of notary license
