Downtown mid-size law firm is seeking a Controller with at least 5 years of hands‑on controller or public accounting experience. Prior experience in a law firm or professional services environment strongly preferred.

The Controller oversees accounting and financial operations of the firm, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and sound fiscal management. This role is responsible for maintaining the firm’s financial integrity, managing accounting functions, preparing financial statements, budgets, cash projections, providing strategic insights to support the firm’s partners and leadership team. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required. CPA preferred (or equivalent professional certification).

This position reports to the President/Executive Committee.
