RESPONSIBILITIES
- Essential: finger dexterity, seeing, hearing, speaking.
- Continuous: sitting, repetitive arm/hand motions.
- Operates personal computer, calculator, and various office equipment.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Not substantially subjected to adverse environmental conditions.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
A. EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION AND LICENSURE:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, healthcare or related field.
- Master’s degree in business administration preferred.
- CPA licensure highly desirable.
EXPERIENCE:
- With Bachelor’s degree, five (5) years progressive experience in Finance.
- With Master’s degree, three (3) years progressive experience in Finance.
- Experience to demonstrate:
- Knowledge of financial/cost accounting, business planning and development, and management information systems.
- Ability to perform complex financial analyses and studies associated with reimbursement, profitability, business development, and treasury functions.
- Ability to work with financial systems, including operations, cost accounting, budgeting and analysis, financial modeling and forecasting, contract management, reimbursement, and statistics, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of modeling software, including reporting and data manipulation, preferably with Kaufman Hall financial modeling.
- Ability to lead and work collaboratively with a broad range of people to accomplish assignments and projects effectively and efficiently.
