Controller With Expert Netsuite Experience

We are seeking a highly skilled Controller with expert Net Suite experience to lead our accounting operations, support financial strategy, and optimize our ERP environment. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in accounting leadership, strong Net Suite administration experience, and the ability to drive process automation and financial reporting excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, Payroll, and Financial Reporting

Lead month-end and year-end close processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness

Manage and optimize Net Suite ERP system (workflows, dashboards, saved searches, reporting, integrations)

Develop and maintain internal controls, accounting policies, and compliance standards

Produce accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes

Support audits and tax compliance with external partners

Implement automation and process improvements to scale financial systems and reporting

Partner cross-functionally with leadership to support growth and operational initiatives
