Overview
We’re looking for a Banking Consultant to join our team and deliver exceptional customer service. In this role, you’ll assist customers with everyday banking needs, provide guidance on financial products and services, and help them explore digital banking options. You’ll also identify opportunities to refer customers to specialists for more complex needs.
Responsibilities- Greet and assist customers with transactions and account inquiries
- Educate customers on digital banking tools and services
- Recommend banking products and solutions based on customer needs
- Identify referral opportunities for specialized services
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in all transactions
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred)
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
- Comfortable with technology and digital banking platforms

Contract to Hire position based out of Honolulu, HI. Pay range $24.00 – $28.00/hr fully onsite. Final date to receive applications Jan 22, 2026.
