Cash Handling & Customer Service- Provides an exceptional customer experience
- Delivers personalized customer service and consistently looks for ways to "WOW" customers
- Tackles a variety of financial transactions ranging from check tunnet, cash deposits, loan payments, to counting currency and coin accurately
- Maintains accurate records of each customer in accordance with the bank’s policies and procedures
- Answers customer questions with a can‑do attitude, no matter how complex or technical
- Complies with Otherwise security procedures and bank regulations that apply to your position
- Maintains working knowledge of our policies and procedures that apply to your position
- Safeguards assigned

- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Teller I Requirements: 6 months or more of experience in cash handling and customer service.
- Teller II Requirements: 1+ year(s) of experience in cash handling and customer service and 1+ year(s) of experience in a],[ financial institution and/or teller experience.
- Must be able to perform light physical work, including moving or lifting items up to 20 pounds.
- Must be proficient in using standard office equipment, including phone, copier, personal computer and other relevant devices and applications.
- Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing with all internal and external customers; must also be able to hear adequately during daily conversations.
- Must be able to read and understand bank‑related documents.
- Must be able to work in a conventional office setting, involving sitting at a desk or workstation for long periods; also be able to adapt to different work environments as needed.
