Wealth Management Analyst

As an Individual Contributor, this role participates in a structured development program designed to build foundational knowledge and experience across Wealth Strategy and Planning, Credit, Trust and Estate Administration, Relationship Management, and Investments. The role supports business initiatives, client servicing activities, operational processes, and analytical assignments while developing the technical expertise, business acumen, and professional judgment necessary to contribute to comprehensive wealth management solutions.

Through training, mentorship, and cross-functional exposure, this role builds the skills needed for future growth within Wealth Management.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or a related field. Equivalent work experience or certification(s) may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Minimum 2 years or less of experience in wealth management, banking, financial services, investments, or a related field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Basic knowledge and skill proficiency in accuracy & efficiency, agility, analytical thinking, cross-functional collaboration, customer experience, laws & regulations, problem solving, results driven, and technology literacy.
• Demonstrated interest in wealth management, financial services, banking, or investments, with strong communication, organization, adaptability, and learning agility. Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain attention to detail, exercise sound judgment, and work effectively with others while demonstrating professionalism, initiative, and a commitment to continuous development
