Product Manager

A leading financial institution in Hawaii is seeking an experienced Product Manager, Consumer Lending to lead the strategy, development, and performance of consumer credit products. This role will oversee products throughout their lifecycle while driving portfolio growth, digital innovation, customer experience improvements, and cross-functional initiatives.

• Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps for consumer lending products.
• Manage the full product lifecycle, including design, launch, enhancement, optimization, and retirement.
• Identify growth opportunities through market research, customer insights, competitive analysis, and industry trends.
• Monitor portfolio performance, profitability, pricing, utilization, and revenue metrics.
• Lead initiatives to improve and digitize the customer lending experience across online, mobile, branch, and assisted-service channels.
• Partner with Credit, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Operations, Technology, and Digital Banking teams to ensure successful product delivery and regulatory compliance.
• Analyze key performance metrics, including application volume, approval rates, loan growth, utilization, credit quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Define business requirements, maintain product roadmaps, and support lending technology implementations and enhancements.
• Present product recommendations, performance results, and strategic initiatives to Senior leadership.

• 7+ years of banking or financial services experience, with a strong focus on consumer lending or credit products.
• Product management experience within a bank, credit union, fintech, or consumer finance organization.
• Experience managing consumer lending products such as personal loans, credit cards, HELOCs, lines of credit, or auto loans.
• Strong understanding of product strategy, portfolio management, credit risk, and financial performance metrics.
• Experience with consumer loan origination and servicing platforms.
• Familiarity with digital lending solutions, automated credit decisioning, and customer self-service capabilities.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Honolulu, HI.

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
