As a defense mission expert, you'll bring your leadership, consulting, strategic planning, and military planning expertise to work alongside thought leaders in the DoD on projects for the defense mission. You Have:- 5+ years of experience planning military operations at the Army Division, Corps, service component, or combatant command level
- 2+ years of experience in the Indo-Pacific theater
- Experience leading the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP)
- Experience using Microsoft Office products to prepare briefings and presentations for senior-level military personnel
- Knowledge of the Joint Operation Planning Process (JOPP), and Army formations and capabilities
- Ability to develop and analyze strategic, operational, and campaign plans
- Ability to present and effectively advocate component command equities at planning conferences and operational planning teams
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- Graduate of a Service or Joint Intermediate, or Senior-level Professional Military Education
- Experience as a U.S. Army Strategist
- Experience planning with partners and allies, developing advanced war fighting concepts and structures, and executing and evaluating wargames
- Experience interpreting military, political, economic, sociocultural, and technological trends, and developing alternative ways of assessment
- Experience with JOPES integration into operational planning, and Flexible Deterrent Options and Flexible Response Options planning
- Knowledge of Army design methodology
- Knowledge of Army multi-domain operations (MDO)
- Knowledge of the National Defense Strategy and Joint Military Doctrine
- Master's degree
- Graduate of an Advanced Military Planner School such as the School for Advanced Military Studies (SAMS), School of Advanced Warfighting (SAW), School of Advanced Air and Space Studies (SAAS), or Joint Advanced Warfighting School (JAWS)

CompensationSalary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,900.00 to $ (annualized USD). This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
