Resident Aide who strives to provide quality and service excellence in a brand new, fast paced, team environment are encouraged to apply. The Resident Aide - Health Services position is responsible for:
- Assists resident with their physical needs including positioning, feeding, transporting, transferring and toileting, ambulating, personal hygiene, and dressing.
- Assist with housekeeping duties as assigned: dusting, sweeping, mopping, re-stocking items, wiping down tables, chairs and hand rails, vacuuming, polishing, and cleaning bathrooms.
- Assist with activities and appointments when required and/or be responsible for getting the resident to a scheduled activity.
- Reviews care plans at least weekly and whenever an interim care plan is updated, changed or added.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent / Minimum age of 18.
- Satisfactory completion of Nurse Aide Program preferred
- Certified (CNA) preferred.
- Experience in an environmental services or customer service position in healthcare setting preferred.
