• Provide professional quality massage within scope of practice and licensing while ensuring positive client experience.
• Extensive knowledge of anatomy and physiology, injury assessment and massage treatment.
• Ability to customize massage session adjusting pressure and technique based on client’s needs and feedback.

• Booking and Organization skills:
  Ability to rebook clients and maintain an up‑to‑date schedule.
• Time management and communication. Respond professionally in a timely manner by email, phone, or text to clients and managers. Be on time for each service.
• High accuracy for using employee time keeping system.
• Team Player:
  Ability to work harmoniously and professionally with other team members and management.
• Report any equipment maintenance or replacement issues to the Athletic Director.
• Manual dexterity and strength:
  The ability to perform the necessary massage techniques with precision and power.
• Stamina:
  The ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Safety: prevent injuries by always using safe techniques and maintaining a clean environment.
• Maintain on‑call availability:
  Ability to work on‑call hours, specific days and times that are agreed upon by employee and employer.
• Prepare and clean massage room before and after each client. Maintain cleanliness and restock supplies.
• Record appointments in massage log.
• Attend scheduled meetings when required.
