**** In this role you will:
*** Greet and welcome patients.
* Ensure patient flow by assisting patients in a timely manner.
* Obtain patient information, doctor information and enter requisitions that accompany specimens to the lab.
* Contact doctors for any missing information when needed.
* This is a hospital-based Laboratory environment.
** All you need is:
*** High school diploma or equivalent, required
* Excellent computer skills, required
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Previous customer service experience, preferred
* Basic computer and data entry skills
