This position is intended for a motivated individual with intermediate to advanced knowledge of yoga techniques, practices, and philosophy. The instructor should be able to effectively teach yoga to participants of varying skill levels in a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to guide participants through proper form, breathing techniques, and mindfulness practices. The instructor will work under limited supervision and may assist with special events or wellness programs.

• Teaches yoga classes for all levels, emphasizing proper technique, safety, and individual progress.
• Prepares and leads sessions that promote flexibility, strength, balance, and mentalimbursement well-being.
• Ensures the safety and welfare of all participants during class.
• Maintains attendance records and reports any incidents or concerns to the Operations Coordinator.
• Sets up and inspects equipment (e.g., mats, blocks, straps) before each session.
• Assists in promoting yoga and wellness programs through outreach and marketing efforts.
• Responds appropriately to emergencies and follows established safety procedures.
• Attends staff meetings and training sessions as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
