Dietary Aide

We are seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide to assist in the preparation and serving of meals to our residents. The ideal candidate will ensure that all dietary procedures are followed in accordance with established policies while providing excellent customer service to our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare dining areas before and after meal times.
• Assist in the preparation and serving of meals.
• Follow dietary restrictions and assist with special dietary needs.
• Clean and sanitize work areas, dishes, and utensils.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and families.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
• Knowledge of safe food handling procedures.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in food safety and sanitation.
• Experience working in a healthcare or senior living facility.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively.
