Job Summary:Faith Care Hawaii is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Aide
- Caregiver to join our team in Mililani, HI. As a key member of our home care team, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients, promoting their independence, dignity, and overall well-being. - Assist clients with personal hygiene (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)
- Help with mobility and transfers (walking, getting in/out of bed or chair)
- Provide meal preparation and feeding assistance
- Perform light housekeeping (cleaning, laundry, organizing)
- Monitor and report changes in client’s condition or behavior
- Assist with medication reminders (not administering unless trained/allowed)
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Accompany clients to appointments or errands
- At least 1 year of experience
- Ability to work various shifts (SHIFTS)
- Compassionate and patient approach to client care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
